Within the Unity Internal Production team, I actively lead the Engagement Initiative, collaborating closely with the developers of Gigaya to document the team's journey, both within and beyond the organization. My responsibilities encompassed various tasks, including the creation of internal update videos, facilitating project announcements at prominent industry events such as GDC, crafting engaging blog posts, and designing compelling marketing materials for external audiences. Additionally, I undertook minor development work on in-editor engagement tools, particularly focusing on in-game capture cameras to enhance the documentation process.
